Habitually Exploding While Expressing Yourself (Clip)
I'm ready to say whatever's on my mind, hey, I've been quiet for long enough and I'm tired of being the one who turns a blind eye or who gets walked all over on and enough is enough. And if I don't say it now, it's going to be so repressed and I'm just going to explode one day and that'll be worse. And so I just have to say it right now.
If that is your feeling, I will say you absolutely do need to express that. Okay. Number one.
However, you need to make sure that you express it in a healthy way. Because if you felt that way, it's not just one thing. Once you share that, all of a sudden you'll never have an angry feeling again.
If you get into a habit of every time you'd be like, oh, all the anger is there and I have to say it or it's going to be repressed and you just always explode, you will continue to explode. And maybe that's okay for you to take out the aggression or anger in a healthy way on your own. But you think now I could just translate it into a relationship.
You just have to realize there's someone else there that can be very negatively affected by the way that you think it's safe to just express yourself.
